Shipping policy

Orders are shipped by the best carrier based on your location, with the most affordable rates accompanying orders of 2-bucket increments. In other words, an order with an even number of pails ship at the lower $/lb than an order with an odd number of pails. (For example: Orders with 2, 4, 6, 8 etc are lower $/lb than orders with 1, 3, 5, 7 etc pails).

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day.

Once the order has been picked up by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for damaged or lost items; however, we will assist any claims that need to be made against failure of UPS to deliver the ordered items. This is a very rare occurrence.

Orders are shipped from Pittston, PA as well as Las Vegas, NV. The typical delivery times is 2-5 business days from time of shipment, depending on range from our shipping facility.
